SUPER ACADEMY
ANALYSIS
PHYSICAL
SUPER ACADEMY is a decent sized filly. Toes out slightly left ankle. Good walker.. Has presence. Good jowl and limbs feel cold and flex well. Has a lot of quality and a good outlook. Still slightly immature and looks to have substance and a lot of scope.
FORM
Has now run twice. Got left 4 lengths at the start on first run but made up a lot of ground in the stretch Only got beaten 1 length in the end. Was green and will improve a lot for this experience. Winner had the advantage of a previous run. Ran again March 4 and was beaten a nose. Galloped out the best and was probably the best on the day as her jockey for some unknown reason did not push her out fully in the last 50 yards
PROSPECTS
SUPER ACADEMY showed enough in her two races to date to suggest that a maiden special is easily within her grasp and in my view she will be an allowance filly at the very least. She will get 1 mile well. There is a lot of Blue Sky here. After today’s run I think she could be a Stakes filly in the making
CONCLUSION
The asking price for SUPER ACADEMY is US$ 100,000 net to the owners.
I like this filly a great deal and there is something a bit special about her, in as much as she oozes class and I think she has a very bright future. If I am right about her quality I see her winning a nice race at the Del Mar meet if not before
